At least they will get good at removing teams.

For the next 10 years, or so, there are no good additions left. So, what is next? Removing the deadwood. Every conference has a couple that they would remove. An MAG7 movement could easily happen in the B10, IMO, with Ohio State leading the way to remove a couple of teams they are tired of playing.
