no doubt it would be complex and staged over a period of time

but i believe for something like that to work that it could NOT be equal revenue sharing - too many schools would squawk at that. So you need some third party to more or less assess individual worth- and go on some sort of formula, which gets revisited every couple of years. Just spitballing, but i that would be the way to get buyin of the bigger brands.
