How would you coordinate the tv negotiations for something like that given

The disparate contract end dates? In order to break the contracts would each conference agree to dissolve or reset somehow? The risk is in that contractual moment of time, you free up schools to join whichever conference they can? But the principal thesis you throw out on how to evolve and compete longer term is a sound one imo.
