Add a 9th ACC game and make the ND games count in the ACC standings

I don't know if it's within NCAA rules, but if it is, let the Notre Dame games count in the ACC standings while keeping ND ineligible for the conference championship. Ideally you'd want ND to pick up a 6th ACC game annually. If that can't be worked out, then just have them alternate between 4 and 6 games annually vs the ACC, for an average of 5.
