Easiest solution is that Congress only covers the money aspect

We don’t need Congress to be playing around with ncaa conferences. They should be running the country and not wasting time on how many teams can be in the SEC. Have them out some rules around NIL and media money contracts and distributions. And sure, some protections to prevent another PAC apocalypse. But that’s all they should be putting into a federal law.
