are considered to be a tuning event. So, yes, that would be included in the ratings. However, if you have every box or device tuned to the same program at the same time, that will likely be de-duped in the analysis as it is coming from the same household. In the case of ACCN, I do think that a set top box and a phone or tablet may show up separately and would not be de-duped.
