While I agree winning in šŸˆ & šŸ€ is the driver, but we need to think bigger

First get win-win partnerships with local businesses, there should be someone dedicated just for that. Second, work with the chamber, municipalities and state to get businesses to locate there, and last get an interstate from Richmond to Southwest Virginia. I just drove through North Carolina where a sign said during construction area, we are building a new interstate 87. The state of North Carolina beats the state of Virginia in roads and what they do to an area. We just keep widening the same roads, instead of developing new ones. That thinking has a huge impact on Virginia Tech.
