This "economic impact" stuff is all side-show BS.

Oh, a winning football team gets people stoked and then they spend money on football related experiences and merchandise?!?!?! Stop the presses!!! Here's the real stinger - If Clemson University can figure this out, then Virginia Tech can figure it out. There is absolutely no reason that Clemson can figure it out and make it happen, but Virginia Tech cannot. Anything anyone can think of to ***** about Virginia Tech, they could ***** about even worse at Clemson, yet Clemson has figured it out and made it happen. I don't want to hear about how difficult it is to do this or that - CLEMSON UNIVERSITY IN SOUTH CAROLINA FIGURED IT OUT AND MADE IT HAPPEN. Not a "blue blood." Clemson. Not Southern Cal, Not Ohio State, Not Alabama, Not Texas, Not Oklahoma, Not Nebraska, Not Notre Dame - CLEMSON UNIVERSITY. You can miss me with any of the other BS, because that's the bottom line here.
