Virginia Tech’s current AD was a baseball player who played for his Dad as the Head Coach at JMU. He went all in for Olympic Sports, much like many in the ACC. I love Olympic Sports, but like you said, it’s all about football now. I have to admit I am concerned about Bellichick (spell check didn’t get me this time but it tried) taking top 5 recruits from Virginia, but I suspect he will do what Saban did when he left the Dolphins, and recruit the whole country. I am going to be interested to see what level DC and OL Coach we get with Carolina setting a new standard.Thanks for posting again, it can get rough around here sometimes, but most of us enjoy the different perspectives, even if we don’t always agree with them.
