Reminds me of Syracuse/Pitt voting against expanding Big East FC in 2011

Also reminds me of Oklahoma/Texas voting against expanding Big XII in 2016. We know how those two conferences played out. But the ACC is 13 years left on the existing term. So don't know the logic. But would be interesting to understand the position of them.

I don't think SMU would be a joke in the ACC as Rutgers is in the B1G.
