They haven't won yet

This would provide them an opportunity to be up and down the entire east coast... Stay contiguous... Keep the Big 10 out of the South... And add major TV markets that they are not currently in. It would also provide ESPN protection on their investment in the ACC against the Big ten raid. I don't think it's that far fetched.
