Make such immediate hard-line opinions without hearing any of the details.
“Stanford is Duke-West”
“Cal is trash”
“SMU makes us the AAC”
And then they realize there are details like adding gigantic markets…and the tone changes 180 degrees. So funny.
Details matter people. Let it play out. Buying low (like an SMU…where were TCU and Baylor 15 years ago?) and selling high is a great strategy.
