The Board of Regents oversees Northern Arizona U. too—Big Sky Conference. Just because decisions get made by the same group of people doesn't mean the decisions have to be the same for all 3 schools. Maybe it makes it more likely they're tied together, but I wouldn't say it's a foregone conclusion.
