Florida and Tenn will possibly both become irrelevant in the new SEC - they will have a hard time competing against, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, A&M, Texas, OK., Auburn. Most seasons they will be fighting for maybe sixth place. PSU is going to find themselves in a Big Ten confence with a growing west coast focus. Does PSU really like that idea? The proposed 10 team conference could be financially competetive. If you could approach all three schools at same time and offer them this conference which makes since geographically, and competitively with comparable money, they could be in their right mind and still find reason to accept. It would not be easy, but a goods salesperson could make that case.
