Why is ND only scheduled to play four ACC games this fall? UNC, Clemson, Syracuse and BC. Also with this new B1G contract taking the 730 time slot I guess ND will no longer have home night games? Unless they put it on Peacock?

He is correct..it's a money issue at this point with the B10 and IND status**
AirborneHokie96 08/17/22 03:52 PM ET
No surprise. What will be interesting is the length of their contract
HokieAl 08/16/22 06:38 PM ET
Doesn't affect the 5 ACC games/yr unless ND buys out of them.

Don't know about 4 this year. They have played 6 in other years

I guess they will only have the 330 window if B1G has 730**

They played 6 ACC schools in 2015 and this was the make up year.**

4 this year, 6 next year. Contract calls for "an average" of 5 games per yr**

If the ACC set up the scheduling against Notre Dame as a "cycle," then this

Well USC will become a Big Ten Game. Do they drop Stanford for UCLA?
HOO86 08/16/22 01:53 PM ET
I'd bet they drop Stanford, and home/away with USC/UCLA is alternated

I thought a reason Notre Dame resumed its series with Stanford is it wanted

It is worth noting that NoCal has several good/great HS football programs

well guess that is one more by default

Could the decision be tied to the ACC GOR and ND's contractual committment
seekoHoG 08/16/22 01:36 PM ET
No, it's tied to money

If true, Notre Dame would get B1G games from NBC & ACC games from ESPN.
