As much as some of us would like to have the old approach back on some things, the courts are driving these changes, and like it or not, you have to follow them. It’s time to adapt to the court rulings, not fight them, when you have to abide by the court rulings. PS Even if Congress passes changes and they are signed by the President, the courts can interpret them differently, that’s a lot of what has been happening, and will continue to happen. Please deal with this reality.
