I think the best 20-team conference cobbled together from those still in the ACC and XII would be something like this: VT NCSU Duke GT UCF WVU Pitt Louisville Iowa State Kansas Kansas State Colorado BYU OK State Texas Tech Utah Arizona Arizona State Stanford Cal Next 4 in: TCU Baylor Cincinnati Syracuse Last 4 in: Houston SMU Wake Forest Boston College I think the focus should be on large public schools and brand name schools to maximize fan interest. There’s probably other schools I’d consider before some of the ones listed towards the end, like UConn instead of BC, Memphis instead of SMU, and South Florida instead of Wake.
