I agree with SEC and BIG. Why would they give up control to an outsider?

They can do a version of this themselves, while keeping full control and also keeping all the money and staying far ahead of the ACC and B12 and PAC for revenue. I think there is a good solution out there. But I don’t think this PE driven approach is it.
