The AD Memphis mentioned previous offer was not enough
He basically mentioned 1) payout from American 25 million (can PAC 12 help>) 2) current revenue structure from PAC 12 not that far from th American considering the extra costs that Memphis will incur. 3) Also, Memphis looking for increases in rights for them.
all part of the narrative...
