Are those 19.5M people worth +$200M a year?

I have no idea if ESPN thinks so or even has the money for it. I get they don't want to share regions with the B1G, but taking one school from each state for +$100M for the SEC and $120M for the B1G per year sounds much more reasonable for both conferences.
