I posted about the composition clause on this board last year.

And now 8 months later it is being discussed everywhere. A few more things are now publicly known that weren’t last August like ESPN’s option to kill the ACC contract (decision by February 2025) and that the B1G is highly interested in FSU becoming a member and that Calford would soon be joining the ACC for a measly 30% revenue share, but the gist of what I said back then is now becoming the central topic on many college realignment video channels including College Football Addiction. Here is a link to my posting back on 8/15/23. There is also a link at the bottom of that post that talks about the composition clause and how it was already triggered once before with the membership of Pittsburgh and Syracuse. The thread itself is also illuminating looking back 8 months ago.

The GOR is a 4 page legal agreement between the conference and its members.
