If I lend my car to you, and you speed, I get the ticket. Cars don't speed, people do. At least w/ the cop backed up behind a billboard, there is human interaction.

Use flock and traffic cameras to help solve crimes that likely would have been almost impossible to prove. I don’t mind them as well as the gunshot detection devices. Now, if someone can prove that they’re being used inappropriately, I’m willing to change my mind. But until then I think they’ve done a great amount of good.
