Will changes to Daylight savings time make it harder to drink all night?

Don't care either way. Just stick with EST or DST so no clock changing.

Places like Louisville in the western part of the Eastern Time Zone will
not have sunrise until 9:00 a.m. in late December...I'm not sure this makes sense, but IIWII
