Just an FYI, tomorrow is National Hot Dog Day! It is celebrated annually
on the third Wednesday in July, falling on July 15. Circle K sent me a text $1 for a hot dog.

But there are plenty of places and food trucks and such that use the term in their name so it has become pretty common usage.

For the record, I will never, ever use the term "glizzy".

If the moon was made of spare ribs, would you eat it?
I would...and then I'd polish it off with a tall, cool Budweiser.

I stayed at the Philly Live Casino and Hotel for a Phillies game last month
We got in the day before our game and had dinner at their sports bar while another game was going on. They had an ad for dollar dogs during Phillies home games, so I ordered a couple, thinking they'd be thin and tiny. Nope! Big, beefy, cooked perfectly, and oh so tasty. I ordered a couple more to go to have in my room fridge for snacks during the stay.
