I have a coconut palm in my yard. Fortunately, I have not been cracked in
the head yet. Every now and then I decide to take advantage of the "free" coconut meat. I say "free" because it is a LOT of work getting to it, and I usually don't love coconut enough to go that crazy. But today, I did.

B.O. A. T.....stands for break out another thousand. I found out when I had my 30 foot Wellcraft that a boat is just a hole in the water in which you pour your money

changing up my technique. 2nd one looked perfect, but the 3rd was rotten after all the work. Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't? Last step is shredding up the husks for chicken bedding. You know who is already quite happy, but the bedding? I may be in business.

...store last night. I never even knew they existed until about 18 hours ago, and now they come up here on the lounge. Weird.
On a related note, we currently have a hass avocado tree growing in a pot on our patio. It sprouted out of an avocado seed thrown into our compost bin. It will never survive the winter here in central VA, so it's all yours if you want to come pick it up. TIC
