is there anything more over-hyped than the NFL draft?

Keeps league talk going for months in the offseason, over players who are at best 50-50 to stick in the NFL.

experience. I have always enjoyed the draft but I'm not a nerd that watches rounds 4-7 on a nice spring Saturday afternoon. Nashville has it's own appeal but it was super cool to see fans of all 32 teams in their jerseys parading around Broadway for 72 hours.
The coolest part was the clueless bachelorette parties (dozens of them) that had no idea the NFL draft was in town that weekend and wondered why everything was fully booked and crowded. I saw a lot of tears that weekend and they weren't all from Cleveland Brown and NY Jets fans.

Oops, wasn't that year, but 2023, but it was still amazing!

yet been to Broadway. Will likely head down Saturday afternoon, weather permitting. One of the top 5 places on earth to people watch, but you have to be willing to pay $10 per beer to truly enjoy the experience.

It hearkens back to schoolyard days, when we 6th graders would assemble on the blacktop to watch the 5th graders pick teams in gym class.
