was that it is a low profit product that is not constantly being made. Plants are running other things and then when there's a little spare time on the production line you might do a large run of toilet paper, so yeah, a warehouse is key in managing large swings in inventory.

Most TP is heavily reliant on recycled material, and that dropped off badly. TP starts out as a huge master roll. Plants running TP aren't really running other things on those machines.

That was hard to come by.
I'm in the TP selling business.
***There were other factors. Panic buying was another reason, and the fact they couldn't get enough people to work is another.
