That wasn't really it. It was more about the lack of raw material.

Most TP is heavily reliant on recycled material, and that dropped off badly. TP starts out as a huge master roll. Plants running TP aren't really running other things on those machines. ** Edited by reestuart at 4/9/2026, 3:01:10 PM

Newsprint or whatever else. TP is mostly made from recycled material.
