Not to be political, but when did Tim Kaine start combing his hair and not
always look like he'd just rolled out of bed? Is this just election season spiffing up? Or did someone finally grow a pair and say, "dude, you're a Senator, comb your damn hair."

he only does it for debates and special occasions
His office is about the most laid back one in the Senate. Very chill, trying to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.
Also imo one of the best staffs if you have an issue, or problem and need help.

pretty "Southwest Virginia." Kaine is pretty cool, for a politician. Years ago, he was with our seat neighbor at a football game, back when he was in a state office, probably about the time he was running for Senator. We've jumped shoulder to shoulder to Enter Sandman!

I think Fetterman had a heart to heart with him about the importance
of the dress code in maintaining decorum and civility in such an august and respected body.
