Didn't a president die due to an illness from having his inaugration...
...in really cold weather? Someone who died shortly after being sworn in? It should be held indoors, and sit up large screen TVs for anyone that wants to hang around outside.

President William Henry Harrison died of pneumonia 32 days into his term

William Henry Harrison...died a few weeks after his Inauguration. He stood
outside and delivered a 2 hour speech without an overcoat on a cold rainy day.

Tippecanoe and Tyler too
The Whigs nominated Tyler for Vice President in 1840, hoping for support from southern states'-righters who could not stomach Jacksonian Democracy. The slogan “Tippecanoe and Tyler Too” implied flag waving nationalism plus a dash of southern sectionalism.

A lot of guys got sworn in in summer months, or in places other than Washington. Some were sworn in inside buildings or airplanes (does that make a difference)?
