Any lounge golfers done Superspeed training?
Interesting concept, 3 progressively heavier end weighted shafts and a program for 3 x a week for 6 weeks that is designed to increase your swing speed. Doesn't seem radical and costs about 1/2 what a cheap club costs.
As a general rule I don't buy into gimmick fixes, but these seems more like a weight training program.
Anyone tried it and have results?

with every club. I'm hitting the ball mostly in the middle of the clubface (I've been doing some range work). Just not going anywhere. I don't need to tell you, THAT puts a HELL of a lot of pressure on all parts of your game. When I'm hitting 5 iron and my buddy is hitting 8, I am at a huge disadvantage.
I haven't heard of this particular program (which surprises me, because I am constantly bombarded by every program in the book). If you decide to do it, let me know how it works for you.. It sounds legit and I am into strength training anyway. I would practice it..
Do you have a link you could post? Problem is, I'm sure they make you listen to 30 minutes of testimonial before even discussing cost and how it works.. Still, I'd like to see it

It's one of the things they work on. The set they use is 3 shafts, it's like $200. I found a single shaft with a base weight and add on's that is only like $50. Not something that has to last forever, so figured a cheap starter would be OK to try it out.

would work OK. I suspect the other $150 is for the "program". I work out pretty regularly, so I think I can figure out the progression from light to heavier..TIA

you are hitting shorter clubs into greens, meaning shorter putts and fewer/shorter chips.....at least that's how I see it. That's why I'm saying slow swing speed is putting pressure on my game from cup all the way back to the tyee box..
It couldn't hurt chipping and putting to be hitting the ball farther with all your clubs.. i would think.

because I am hitting too many 5 irons into greens.
