Can’t go wrong w/a cast iron for a skillet beyond that I use an app called
“Bobby Approved” to help with those decisions. It’s a health app that has a scan feature on it so you can scan food & things like pots & pans that will tell you whether he considers it a healthy option in the store before you even buy the item. I’ve no idea how accurate he is but his advice seems reasonable. He has a YouTube channel you can go to, if you want to check out any past advice. I know he’s recommended pots before.
