I have a Calphalon set given as a wedding present in '09. Past time to replace them as I probably eat as much teflon as eggs when scrambling them up for breakfast. Friends are saying Hexclad are the way to go, but they also praise the Hexclad knives which are complete crap from what I see. What does the lounge use?
