Come drive in the DC area if you really wanna be driven nuts

People around here were always terrible drivers, but now they've simply lost their collective freaking minds. Literally every time I drive up here I see at least one (and most times, many) drivers doing things that are positively insane. Every. Single. Time. Texting, scrolling their phones while driving, doing burnouts in residential areas, speeding (like I'm talking well over 100 on the Beltway), racing other cars while weaving in and out of traffic, honking and screaming at other drivers. It's unreal. Have people really gotten this dumb/careless?
