So I travel for work internationally a couple times a year and so far have bounced between American and United. I've gotten to a stage in life where i plan to fly more domestically with the kids for vacation. A coworker keeps telling me to get a delta card but that makes traveling for work a little more challenging. American flies out of Lynchburg, but is American.... For many of the destinations we would like to visit, southwest seems to be the choice, but again I have drive a while to a hub. Without a great option and work travel booked through our travel partners, should I go with generic travel card or bite the bullet and go with American / Delta? Any other advice?
