I've got the SW Visa card, but would choose one of the generic cards
if I was doing it again. There will be places you want to go where a specific airline isn't the best option. Southwest is pretty great for traveling from the eastern US to points out west. But its mostly bad for traveling everywhere else and is completely useless for international travel. Its annoying to have 150k airline points and then have to book and pay cash with a different airline.
