Beef Brisket. Worth the hassle?
I love to cook and grill. For years I've thought about smoking a brisket, but the more I read about it, the more it just seems like a big pain in the butt. Somehow I ended up on a FB group that is all about brisket and those people are crazy with all their techniques and it seems like half the time they end up with poor results.
So, what do you all have to say about smoking a brisket?
