There are quite a few similar products. We dealt with mold extensively in

the insurance remediation world. Unfortunately. It became a daily occurrence due to the public’s phobia. It was amazing to me I never dealt with mold in the first 20 years of my career, (and no one died) and then it became big business to deal with it, because it became public health enemy #1.
