As a sole practitioner for 38+ years I learned so many business
skills, interpersonal relationship skills among the architectural, building construction, property management and brokerage firm communities, organizational and administrative skills, technical editing and production skills with a pretty hefty number of industry vendors. The list goes on and on.
Naturally, on the outside, some might equate it with that nitwit 'camera' on their phone. LOL.
