Where do you see it's higher for VA EZ Pass? Almost positive it's the same

The toll-by-plate is more expensive, from what I can see. And you'll also want to check what the church van qualifies as in terms of type of vehicle -- there are higher rates for larger vehicles. Finally, be aware that technically you can't just take your EZ Pass and stick it in another vehicle. You can add additional vehicles to your account, though.
