I am going to sell the land and not build now ...

looking at buying in Deltaville and Reedville. Heathsville we thought about, but it is too far from Glouster where better doctors and specialists are. I lived in Lancaster 26 years ago for 3 years. We know the area well. Kilmarnock is much nicer with shopping, restaurants, and it is nice to now have Walmart. Home Depot is still Glouster and Lowes in still Tappahannock.
