The HSF was created when seat premiums were initiated. The HSF was established to provide the AthDept a reliable funding source to fund athletic scholarships. As far as the Benefactor's Gala goes, I'm a piker. I barely meet the threshold compared to most of those in attendance. And, that threshold is for cumulative giving, not large donations. I was a govt employee. That doesn't qualify me to be able to give large gifts. They're large gifts for me. And, anything you give should be acknowledged.
