powder for s’mores flavor and vanilla ice cream- amazeballs. They were 25%+ off when I bought them on sale at Costco. I mix the powder with different items depending on mood- with skim milk, or nonfat Costco Greek unflavored yogurt, or oikos nonfat flavored yogurt, adding mango or banana, etc. So much better than the premiere protein casein drinks, but those are handy on road trips or just in the car. Google says there’s added benefit to mixing casein and whey together for protein digestion efficiency, so you might want to look at that as well.
