Oh, just because they are charging these big fees doesn't mean anything....

......will happen. It's not an issue in my neighborhood. It is elsewhere especially where the County has just let people do whatever. That's the overarching theme. They will give you an easement to build the most massive monstrosity with the largest footprint allowable and hope you put as many bathrooms as possible to jack up those assessments. They will let you build a house right on top of Carlin Springs road with an absurd stone walkway to the street if it's mo money. That's really all they care about. Gotta raise money for pickleball courts in the jail.
