Empire Zoysia

Lived in South Florida for 30 years and loved my St. Augustine grass! Moved to Central Florida (Ocala) in 2018 and the new home had Empire Zoysia...in 5 years I haven't figured out the damn grass and it still looks like crap. My neighbor has her Empire Zoysia removed and had St. Augustine installed. I am waiting for the St. Augustine to come on over and take control of my yard!
