You will have no issues with Uber

I just did a confrenece in Austin where I usually rent a car and don't use it very much other than getting to the hotel downtown and back. I went without and went Uber all the way no issues. This is the only week each year I typically use the service.

Plus, if you are brave enough, you can get on most of the electric scooter services through Uber. I did that several times in Austin and throughly enjoyed it and it was cheaper than getting the Uber ride. Things were all over the place and the app will show you where the closest bike available is.

Probably ended up saving $400+ dollars doing that with rental, gas, parking, etc.
