it did, because we took my wife's little BMW to a well-recommended local guy. He did a beautiful job on her car. Even hid a couple of dings and chips. She loves her car and won't trade it (who am I to complain?) so I am replacing parts and pieces (suspension, top, radiator so far, driver's seat next). Naturally, she named her car "FRANKIE" (uh, yep..Frank Beamer). Anyway, the guy who did hers told me mine, which was new, was good for several years, and he wouldn't even consider getting the ceramic for 5 years. He said to bring mine in if I decided to get hers redone in 5 years and he'd look at it again. Maybe not TEN years, but I think some cars do come with factory installed ceramic coating!
