What exactly are you talking about? If the structure is fine, take it to an auto reupholster to replace the pad and the leather/pleather/cloth seat cover (if required). Good reupholsters do a great job matching the original seat material. I had a 2008 Acura with a driver's seat bottom side pad that had seen better days when I bought it. It appeared the previous owner spent his time sitting on it with his feet out the door, crushing it. I was able to buy an OEM foam pad from Honda, and did the seat pad replacement myself. Not too difficult, but a little time consuming learning how to use hog-rings. The seat cover material was fine but if it was damaged, I would have just taken the entire seat to a reupholster and had them do both the cover and the pad.
