ding, ding, ding, correct!

Belle Fource, SD (almost in Wyoming) is the geographic center and Hartville, MO (southern MO) is the population center. The population center was Chestertown, MD in the 1790 census. The geographical center was near Lebanon, KS (without AK). Lebanon is in northern KS.
