... good characters. Tony's mental issues were the actual hook of The Sopranos, which otherwise might have been just another mob show. And the fact he had two families - the mob, and his actual family - was part of that world's dichotomy. That said, I often was annoyed at AJ and Meadow plots and would skip some of them. Usually too much emphasis on couple relationships and ungrateful kids takes you straight to soap opera. That's what Landman did.
